Registration Fee
The registration fees can be paid by a single author only after receiving the acceptance notification for the paper. All fees must be in either United States Dollars or Chinese Yuan.

Please note that if you submit only the abstract and choose to attend the conference in virtual mode (online or via video presentation), there will be no registration fee for you.

Guidelines
1. Accepted papers will be published in the online conference proceedings.
2. The acceptable length for papers is 5-10 pages each. Papers exceeding 5 pages will incur an additional charge of $60 USD per page.
3. Onsite registration is not acceptable for full paper submission.
4. Participants attending the conference session on May 25-26 solely for presentations should select "Listener" registration.
5. Participants intending to present and publish papers should choose "Regular Authors, Students, or Committees" registration.
6. For Student Registration, student status verification is required either by a letter from the Institution or a scanned copy of the student card.
7. Participants attending the conference as listeners should download the registration form, which includes payment methods. After payment, please submit your filled registration form and payment voucher to
ateee@ateee.org
Registration Instructions
1. HCMS (the submission system) will not charge any extra fees. However, credit card payments may incur exchange commission fees charged by the payer's bank, which must be borne by the payer.
2. At least one author of each paper must register for the conference, and at least one author must present the paper. Papers not presented will not be included in the conference proceedings.
3. All registrations, including full papers and abstracts, must be uploaded in HCMS. Authors are highly recommended to send a notification email to
ateee@ateee.org after successful registration.
4. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full registration fee and submission of the registration form. A confirmation email will be sent to the registrant's email address.
5. Two months before the conference, confirm the conference format (virtual or physical) with the organizer. Onsite attendees are advised to make their own reservations at a discount price.
6. Co-authors and accompanying persons can register as listeners.
Covered by Registration Fee
Attendees from overseas will receive subsidized accommodation either in the conference hotel or at designated accommodations. Approximately 50 rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The registration fee includes:

Not included:
- Accommodation and air tickets
- Visa application costs
- Optional tour costs
- Publishing papers in SCI-indexed journals
Refund/Cancellation Policy|退款/取消政策
Registrations canceled more than 40 days before the event will receive a 70% refund of the registration fees.
在会议前40天以上取消注册，将退还70％的注册费。
Registrations canceled less than 40 but more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fees.
在会议前不到40天但超过30天取消注册，将退还注册费的50％。
Registrations canceled less than 30 but more than 20 days before the event will receive a 30% refund of the registration fees.
在会议前不到30天但超过20天取消注册，将退还注册费的30％。
Registrations canceled less than 20 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
在会议前不到20天取消注册的不予退款。
Conference Site Safety Policy
For the personal and property security of conference participants, please wear ATEEE badges during the conference. Unauthorized persons are not permitted to enter the venue. The conference organizers will not accept liability for personal injuries or loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants.
Disclaimer Statement
The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place, and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations in cases of "force majeure" circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activities, war, epidemics, and similar situations beyond the organizer's control.
The published proceedings will be submitted to indexing databases. The conference organizer cannot guarantee inclusion in any specific database, as indexing services are independent organizations.
Submission and registration must be done through officially authorized channels (online system, email address) published on the website. Regular consultation can be conducted through WeChat (as published on the website). Notification of the registration process will be sent via
ateee@ateee.org. Please do not trust non-official contacts. Report any suspicious calls, text messages, emails, or websites immediately. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility for losses caused by unauthorized third parties.
